Product Description

Mossberg Model 600AST pump-action shotgun chambered in 12 gauge with a 24 inch slug barrel and a 5-round capacity. The shotgun features an aluminum receiver paired with a wood stock set and forearm. Configuration includes a blued finish, smooth bore slug barrel, manual safety, and fixed sights consisting of a folding rear sight and ramped front sight. The receiver is fitted with a two-piece Weaver-style scope mount. Overall the shotgun has normal signs of use, including scratches, marks, dings, dents, finish loss, normal wear and tear.

The Model 600AST was produced under the New Haven marking and uses a pump-action operating system. Additional features include checkering on the wood furniture and an adjustable leather shoulder sling. The barrel is marked for slug use and is configured with a cylinder choke style setup. A 14 inch length of pull is noted on the stock configuration.

Included with the shotgun are the mounted two-piece Weaver-style scope bases and the adjustable leather sling. The overall setup reflects a dedicated slug-barrel configuration with iron sights and provision for optic mounting through the installed bases.
