This is a SW 686 no dash 6" that has been customized as a DAO only competition gun.  I purchased it about 3 years ago to shoot steel plates in my back yard for fun not competition. This gun has had several hundred dollars of custom work including cylinder cut for moon clips, trigger overtravel screw stop, smooth 7 lb DAO trigger, oversized cylinder latch, Weigand rear blade sight, professionally installed front green optic front sight. Nice wood grips cut for speed reloads.


I purchased from a FFL but did not receive a case or any information sheet regarding custom work. I have shot several hundred rounds of Federal .38 special on plates without any problem.


Remember this gun has been converted to DAO. It can be converted back to SA/DAO with a new hammer installed if so desired.
