This is a near pristine S&W model 25-5. It has a 4" barrel, and is chambered in .45lc caliber. Mechanically it is perfect. It has an easy smooth action with a light trigger pull. Due to the lack of use I believe it to have had an action job. Quite possible a factory job since it was a custom order with the gold lettering on the frame. At that time S&W was offering that service for new gun purchases. The "Eliminator" has a high gloss blued finish that is nearly flawless, and has a super light drag line indicating light use.
