This Cooper Model 21 is a premium single-shot, bolt-action rifle built by Cooper Firearms of Montana, chambered in 22 PPC. The stainless barrel is 24" Cooper Varmint taper with 1:14 twist. It has a beautiful Walnut stock.


Both the wood and the metal are in excellent condition. The three-lug push-feed bolt is very smooth. There are a few small spots on the wood where the finish is a little dull, and one small ding on the front of the stock. The checkering is in near mint condition.  The bore is bright and sharp with well defined rifiling. The trigger is set at 24 ounces.


This rifle is an ideal prairie dog gun.  With a 200 yard zero, a 52 grain bullet with 3600 FPS velocity will drop 4.9" at 300 yards and have a 230 yard point blank range.  This rifle is so precise that it's boring to shoot at 100 yards off a bench.
