Well maintained and cleaned after every time I shot it. Does have some holster wear marks on the front of the slide but other than that in great condition. Changed out the factory mag release and backplate for blue metal release and plate. Optics ready, comes with factory optic, Olight, alien gear light bearing holster, owners manual and box.
