The MINI, which is more akin to a Micro, is based on the Ingram-designed MAC-10 (Military Armament Corporation), whose fully automatic counterpart underwent trials with U.S. Special Forces during the Vietnam War. Smaller versions were later produced by Cobray in 9mm as the M11/9, and further modified by MPA. They eventually developed a micro mini, which is the model offered in this auction—likely the smallest MAC semi-automatic in the family.
