As of the federal court ruling August 5th 2026 any suppressors coming from Silencershop or Palmetto State Armory whether in existing inventory, sent here for transfer, or ordered through the shop can go out the door on a 4473 just like a regular firearm. No NFA paperwork needed. The only extra requirement on the customer's part is to be a member of GOA (Gun Owners of America).

Any other NFA items, or suppressors from other sources still require the Form 4.
