Pedro Arrizabalaga made true pair Nr. 1 and Nr.2 - 20 Ga. 70mm  sxs side lock guns in very good condition

Made to order by hand in the late 1980's by a bespoke gunmaker in Northern Spain at a then of cost of about $20.000 each.+ US import duty. 

They were made during Arrizabalaga's golden years, known as Spains finest gunmaker before the workshop  was bought out by Arietta in 2012 .    Current Arietta / Arrizabalaga production guns are sold in the US by William Larkin Moore & Co. and can be purchased to bespoke factory direct specifications for a price of apprx $37.000 each with a turn around time of 6-12 months.

Straight Grip, Splinter Forearm, Matted Concave Churchill Rib, Coin Finish Receiver, Purdey-style engraving, gold line cocking indicators, reticulated trigger, H&H self-opening mechanism, Chopper lump chrome lined barrels with beaded fences, automatic ejectors, H&H hand-detachable high-grade double seared side locks with an articulated front trigger, H&H Southgate ejectors, intercepting sears, bushed strikers, gas escape valves, and autosafety.

Pedro Arrizabalaga is one of the world’s best bespoke gun makers. They build a traditional Holland & Holland type sidelock easy-opening action.  Their entire line of fine shotguns are Top-of-the-Line, Best Guns; they do not make lower grades.The guns are internally identical of the Holland & Holland Royal (with H&H Southgate ejectors, H&H Assist Opening, H&H Hand-detachable sidelocks).  Owning an Arrizabalaga is like getting a Holland & Holland Royal mechanically, but with Purdey engraving, the best of both worlds.
