Original Chilean Model 1895 Mauser chambered in 7x57mm, manufactured by Ludwig Loewe & Co. in Berlin. Serial number D1442, with matching floorplate and original Chilean crest still visible. Rifle remains in its full military configuration with original-style sights, cleaning rod, sling hardware, and military stock.

Shows honest age, handling wear, dents, scratches, and patina consistent with a rifle well over 100 years old. A very interesting early Mauser and a great piece for a military rifle or antique firearms collection.
