1. The Beige / FDE Furniture
Your rifle features a custom color scheme where the core aluminum receivers remain black, but the impact-resistant polymer furniture parts are Flat
Dark Earth (FDE):
- FDE Plastic Handguard: A two-piece, round polymer handguard with internal aluminum heat shields to protect your hands from barrel heat.
- FDE Pistol Grip: A standard A2 style polymer grip in matching FDE.
- FDE 6-Position Buttstock: An adjustable M4-style stock that slides along the buffer tube to adjust the length of pull.
2. The Upper Assembly & Sight System
- Fixed A2 Front Sight Post: This is the permanent, triangle-shaped metal piece pinned directly to the barrel. It houses the front sight post and doubles as the rifle's gas block, redirecting gas from the fired bullet back into the receiver to cycle the action.
- Rear Sight: Align perfectly with your fixed front sight.
- A2 Birdcage Flash Hider: A standard slotted muzzle device threaded onto the end of the barrel to reduce muzzle flash.
3. Core Internals & Lower Frame
- 7075-T6 Aluminum Receivers: The upper and lower receiver halves are forged from high-strength aluminum and hardcoat anodized black.
- Mil-Spec Controls: Standard black controls, including a 90-degree safety selector switch, standard magazine release, and bolt catch.
- Mil-Spec or EPT Trigger: A standard single-stage fire control group. If your model came premium from PSA, it may feature their Enhanced Polished Trigger (EPT), which has a nickel-boron coating for a smoother pull.
