This P.38 was made by the Walther Factory in April, 1942. It has slight holster wear, but nothing too unappealing. Please note that there is an “X” stamped onto the slide which indicates it is a Russian Capture off of the battlefield. This example is an anomaly for a Russian Capture as it is all matching including the magazine. The grip codes are correct, and so is the locking block all matching to the gun. Accessories include two holsters that are both reproduction and an additional later war P.38 magazine. This P.38 has an 8/10 bore and shoots great. 

Rarer years are 1940-42 for P.38’s while more common to find ones are 1943-45. Spreewerk and Mauser P.38’s are desirable, but the Walther variants are the most popular P.38’s.
