Attention Marlin collectors and lever gun enthusiasts. I am offering or sale my 1894 CSBL manufactured by Remington. These rifles were made toward the end of Remington's ownership of the Marlin brand. The Marlins built by Remington in the early days of Remington's ownership suffered from poor quality control, fit, finish and function. This late example was made after Remington finally figured out how to build these properly. Fit and finish is perfect on these late production rifles and they function beautifully. Action on this rifle is nice and smooth and I have added a Wolf brand reduced power hammer spring. It cycles like butter.


These CSBL models were hard to find when the were first released for sale and Remington will never be making these again. Collectibility is high as there aren't a large number of these in circulation. This rifle includes the original box, manual, etc. $1,350. No trades.
