Early production (2009) PTR-91. These early rifles have receivers built on HK tooling, and many HK components. This example has a Rheinmetall carrier and H&K marked bolt. Bolt gap is in the optimal range at .013". In addition, it has been upgraded with a pinned and clipped H&K surplus trigger group with Bill Springfield trigger job ($300) which greatly improves trigger pull, with lighter weight and no pre or over travel. Also has Bill's heavy buffer, which reduces felt recoil, in a surplus G3 stock.

This is a much nicer rifle than current production PTR rifles, essentially all H&K parts in a PTR receiver. Prefer to sell locally, but willing to ship.
