For sale: Ranger Model 103-3, a single-shot bolt-action .22 rifle chambered for .22 Short, Long, and Long Rifle interchangeably. Made in the USA. "Ranger" was a Sears Roebuck house brand - this specific rifle was manufactured by Marlin Firearms and sold through Sears, so it's the same build quality as Marlin's own lineup of the era, just a different name stamped on the barrel.

Condition: Honest vintage condition, functions as it should. There is extensive fine surface rust across the barrel - a fine, dot-like texture over most of the surface area (photos available) rather than deep pitting, but it is there and I have not attempted to clean or treat it. Some scratches in the bluing and light handling wear consistent with its age. No cracks in the stock. This is a classic old "boy's rifle" style single-shot - a great candidate for someone who wants to clean it up, or just enjoy it with some real vintage patina.
