Description:
Selling a 1984 Weatherby Vanguard VGS bolt action rifle chambered in 7mm Remington Magnum, produced by Howa Machinery, Ltd. in Japan. I have owned it since 1990. This rifle has seen low overall usage (ONLY 95 rounds fired since 1990!) but has been carried on hunts, so there are minor, purely cosmetic field dings on bluing and the satin, oil-finished walnut stock with a Monte Carlo style comb. No rust, pitting, or cracks. The action is tight, and the barrel rifling is crisp and sharp. Very accurate shooting rifle. The factory Weatherby bolt recall has been completed and serviced by the factory to be 100% verified safe.
