  • We sold a lot of these. They all have some compliance issues such as the grip screw hole being slightly off (you need to ovoid the hole in the grip). Issues can include the geometry of the trigger holes and safety hole being slightly off or off relative to the front of the pocket, issues with the detention holes, etc. I have had to extend the pocket or use a enclosed cartridge trigger or slightly modify the safety or... All for you to figure out. All lowers are workable and able to be built but I am don't doing gun smithing on them. As such, I am selling what I have left (~30 of ~150) at $600 each AS-IS. No questions. No answers. Come to the shop and I will put a pile of them on the counter and you can examine, poke, prod, etc. Buy or don't buy. Yours for $600 each (plus tax, cash price, plastic adds 3%) Again, no questions and no answers. Make up your own mind by examination. They were cerakoted right after I purchased them. Lots sold and lots of rifles and pistols built with these. These were all originally manufactured as receivers (not rifles) so are eligible to be built into pistols under federal law. All made prior to 13-sep-1994. All brought into the state in May of 2024. All lawfully possessed by me ON 8/1/2024
