UPDATE** read description


has a 10.5" barrel. Don't know the upper. I thought it was a complete ruger ARP but based on the gas chamber/tube it's not. Doesn't say the twist on barrel or any symbols or names that I can see. 
the lower is a ruger ar 556
has magpul furniture and a 3.5lb polished trigger
