Some one spent some money on this custom build Noreen Firearms receiver AR-15 style pistol chambered in 5.56mm NATO with a semi-automatic action and 8 inch +/- barrel. The build uses what looks to be an aluminum billet-style upper and lower receiver configuration with a black finish on the frame and black grip furniture. Capacity is listed as 30 rounds and will accept all mil spec M16 or AR-15 mags and drums. The compact AR-pattern layout includes a H&R pistol brace configuration consistent with the current setup.

This pistol is used and shows signs of use, including scratches, marks, dings, dents, finish loss as pictured with normal wear and tear.
