Up for sale is a beautiful vintage Smith & Wesson Model 19-2 Combat Magnum chambered in .357 Magnum (also fires milder .38 Special rounds). Built on S&W's legendary K-frame, this highly desirable 6-shot wheelgun features a classic 4-inch barrel, an adjustable rear sight, and a gorgeous, deep blued finish.
 
The original factory wood stocks have been upgraded to a set of black Hogue rubber grips, which completely transforms the handling and provides incredible recoil absorption when shooting full-powered magnum loads. The double-action trigger pull is buttery smooth, and the single-action break is exceptionally crisp, exactly as you would expect from a classic vintage Smith.

Features serial number K650630, dating this beautiful Combat Magnum's manufacture to approximately 1965–1966. This is a highly desirable, true "Pinned and Recessed" vintage piece from the golden era of S&W craftsmanship.

Condition:
Excellent condition overall. The bluing is incredibly deep and glossy with only very minor faint holster wear at the muzzle tip and a light cylinder turn-line. The bore and cylinder chambers are pristine with sharp rifling, lockup is rock solid, and timing is absolutely perfect.
