Found this years ago, bought and held as truly the Queen of my safe. This pistol; has had 2 mags total after bought to check function-years ago. She is an oddity, with beautiful wood grips and a Compact slide. I questioned the slide being marked " Compact" with CZ several years ago and was told it was common practice at factory to mix slides for EU use as they had shortages and that a Compact slide meant the pistol was hand fitted at factory, and probably why the wooden grips. Originally intended to be a presentation or officers pistol. That's the backstory I got and why I bought her-just too good looking and different to pass.
