Basically brand new streamlight protac with iwc retro handguard mount. Streamlight comes with box and everything it originally came with including pressure pad and mlok/picatinny mounts. Never opened or used. Battery is rechargeable 
flashlight and mount are barely used but have been spray painted before, I stripped it all off
