This is a 11.5" Bear Creek Arsenal side charging upper. Will come with bolt carrier group and charging handle.  WILL NOT come with Sig red dot sight or flashlight. Upper only, not lower. It runs fine. Have too many upper so just don't really use this one anymore. Freshly cleaned. Less than 500 rounds through it. Price is $250 OBO, make me an offer.
