The Colt New Frontier .22 is a premium, scaled-down single-action rimfire revolver heavily inspired by Colt’s iconic full-sized Single Action Army (SAA). Introduced in 1970 to compete directly with the popular Ruger Single-Six, the New Frontier was distinguished from its sibling, the Peacemaker .22, by its flat-top frame design, ramp front sight, and fully adjustable rear target sight.
