Top---Earliest style M16A1 or Colt SP1 clone, no forward assist or shell deflector, 20" barrel made by Fabrique National marked in front of the sight "FN MP CHROME BORE" 1:12 twist.  Comes with 3-prong flash hider and the early (no trap door, rubber butt pad stock) correct butt stock for this vintage kit.  Stock doesn't look new, slightly mottled, no cracks or dammage, just a nice used look and handguards match nicely.  

Bottom---Later style M16A1 C7 clone, tear drop forward assist, shell deflector, 20" barrel was made for Brownell's by Balistic Advantage-marked under the hand gurard "5.56 NATO 1/7 CrMOV X1422"  This kit comes with near new looking USGI buttstock and handguards and A1 flash hideer.

--Complete, fully assembled upper including receiver, barrel, bolt carrier group, charging handle--all new.

--Triangle hanguards are USGI, excellent condition, no cracks or missing teeth
