Serial Number is 17012xx , Springfield Armory, Cal. 30-06

I purchased this a few years ago and barely used it.  The wood is 10/9.5(+) and the metal is likewise.  This is not a CMP firearm.  Someone simply took overly good care of it over the years.

I have come across many For Sale in the Retail Stores and, truly, have not seen ones in better condition... unless they're new.
