The 58 Sportsman (or Sportsman 58) is Remington's first gas-operated autoloading shotgun, helping pave the way for the legendary Model 1100. Featuring a manual gas adjustment on the tube, this lets it use heavier or lighter loads at will, though it does generally limit capacity to 2 shells + 1. 

This one does have some surface-level rust on the barrel and receiver, though none of it seems to be affecting the action. Likewise, there are some dents and scratches on the wooden stock, though no major cracks.
