Universal Carbine with wood stock with the late gen V3, 3 step incremental rear sight.  Correct period sling. Oiler in the stock slot. 18" barrel. This specific rifle was built around late 1960s.


The Universal Carbines are based off of the origianl WW2 M1 30 Carbine. Universal made sigificant changes to their Carbine so it cannot be consider a M1 since all the parts are not interchangable.  Stills feels and shoots like the M1 30 Carbine and fires the same cartridge, 30 Carbine.
