The 10/22 is probably the most popular .22 rifle in America, and for good reason. Its low cost, extreme level of simplicity and durability, high aftermarket support, and reliability make this a compelling rifle. Being a takedown, this example is even more portable, breaking into two for easy storage or transport. This rifle has had its factory trigger upgraded with the Ruger BX red trigger, significantly lightening and cleaning up its pull.

The 16 in barrel is original. Standard Ruger marks are visible on the receiver and barrel alike. A standard buckhorn rear sight is fitted, along with a fine brass bead front sight. Bore is in Like New condition, with mirror-bright, sharp lands and grooves. No pitting is visible. The muzzle is not threaded.

The rifle’s furniture is factory standard and is in Like New condition with virtually no handing marks. The tough stock and forend assembly are made of black polymer and hold up very well to extreme conditions.
