U.S. Cartridge - 2 P/c 1/2 Split Box - For Winchester Model 1873

The Caliber is .32 WCF. The box is strong with no splits.
 
Firearms Companies and Cartridge Company employees
would take 2 P/C boxes to save parts in. The top label would be
on the box but there would be no side sealing labels since it never held
a full box of cartridges.
 
With this box, the USCC employee wrote on the side of the box.
The cursive writing shows the following:

"Brass Shells 2 1/2" Long - Feb 14th - 1916"
" Brass Shells 2 1/2 Long for Mr. Robinson - Feb 14th - 1916."

It appears what was in the box was the initial stage of a cartridge draw set.
