S&W Model 19 Carry Comp 2.5"

 

Comes with both grips pictured, holster and all the factory bits. The factory rear sight and hammer are included but has a bobbed hammer and a Cylinder & Slide U-notch rear sight installed. The C&S sight is highly sought after and no longer in production

 

I bought it new a few years ago and I've put 100 rounds through it, spends all its time in a safe since I picked up a 386 Night Guard
