All firearm, suppressor, ammunition, and special order sales are strictly final. Once a transaction is completed or a firearm/suppressor transfer is processed, items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Firearm Purchases & Transfers
• Inspect Before Transfer: Customers must thoroughly inspect all firearms and suppressors prior to completing the ATF Form 4473 paperwork.
• Post-Transfer Finality: Once a firearm or suppressor leaves the counter or is transferred into your possession, it is legally considered used and cannot be returned under any circumstances.
• Background Check Failures: Orders canceled due to a failed or denied background check are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable due to safety, liability, and federal regulations:
• Ammunition: All sales of ammunition and components are final to ensure chain-of-custody safety.
• NFA Items: Suppressors, short-barreled rifles, and other NFA-regulated items cannot be returned once paperwork is initiated.
• Special Orders & Custom Work: Any custom gunsmithing, specialized modifications, or non-stock special orders are completely non-refundable.
• Clearance & Used Items: All items sold "as-is" or marked as clearance cannot be exchanged or returned.
Defective Merchandise & Warranties:
• Manufacturer Warranties: If you discover a mechanical defect after taking possession of a firearm, the issue must be resolved directly through the manufacturer's warranty program.
• Manufacturer Support: We will gladly provide you with the necessary contact information and receipts to help expedite your warranty repair or replacement with the manufacturer.
