Any firearms sales will require to be shipped to a current type 1 or above FFL holder.

Sales Tax
Purchases are subject to a 6% sales tax. 


Know Your Local Laws

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the weapon or product is legal to own in your city/state.
  • If your order cannot be completed due to conflict with your local or state laws, the order will be canceled and you will be responsible for all cancellation fees.
  • If you reside in California, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Illinois or New York, be sure to check your local and state laws and verify with your local gun dealer before bidding or buying to ensure this model meets your state requirements.
  • Magazines that violate capacity laws will not be shipped. No substitution is guaranteed.

Shipping

  • Firearms are shipped to an FFL dealer only.
  • SHIPPING UPS GROUND $75.00
  • We will ship upon receipt of full payment and signed legible copy of dealer’s FFL. Instructions will be emailed within the next business day after the listing ends.
  • All non FFL items must ship to the billing address. Should the order not be able to ship, it will be canceled and refunded with 5% retained to cover listing fees.
  • 75th Bunker ships via UPS and USPS.
  • Shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico or other non-contiguous US states will be subject to a shipping surcharge or ship USPS Priority instead.

Product Availability

  • 75th Bunker has the right to cancel this ad at any time if it sells in our local store.
  • The listed item will not be pulled and held for the order until payment is made or confirmed. The item may sell in our store between listing end and confirmed payment.

After purchase Completion

  • Local pickups will be allowed only by appointment.

Return Policy

  • All sales are final. There are no refunds.
  • If we shipped the wrong item, we will cover the return and redelivery shipping costs.
  • Please inspect the firearm at your FFL’s location prior to completing the 4473 form. If you complete and sign the 4473 form, the firearm is now considered yours.
  • If you are denied by the ATF or are unable to complete the transfer, there will be a 20% restocking fee on the return and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost back to us.
