This was a spontaneous purchase for me, and as soon as I bought it (literally 3 days after I bought it) my refrigerator died and my cost-of-living and bills went up and are going up even more in September.  So I have to sell this and focus on needs.  I've only had it about 3 months, if that, with no shots fired through it.  In hindsight, it wasn't the right gun for me and I should have passed on it.

For sale is a Taurus 445 chambered in .44 Special. This gun currently wears a new set of Hogue rubber grips (see picture) that I installed last month. This is a 5-shot stainless revolver with no locking mechanism. As far as I can tell it has never been fired, but of course I can't guarantee that. The gun was manufactured on 10/13/2001.

The gun comes with the original box, grips (with grip screw), manual, warranty card, locks, and a bill of sale from a gentleman in PA dated December of 2005. I can find no record of this person online, but he was listed as being 54 years old at the time. I also just bought two new HKS CA44 5-shot speedloaders for it from Midway that will come with the gun as well (these are not pictured; one is open, and the other speedloader is still in the original packaging).

This is a cash only face-to-face sale at my FFL in Lebanon, and the buyer is responsible for the background check fee. The fee is $20.

Please have the correct amount of paper currency. I do not accept coin change, and my FFL does not give change.

No trades, and I am not accepting offers. Price is $450 firm.

I have three boxes of .44 Special that set me back $104 from my local pawn shop. I am including these for free. This includes a 20-round box of Hornady 165gr. FTX, 50-round box of Federal 200gr. semi-wadcutter hollow points (44SA), and a 50-round box of Magtech 240gr. low-recoil FMJ.

If you do NOT want these rounds, then the price for just the gun stays firm at $450, and I will keep them. I am not parting them out, please do not ask.

Please note: This revolver is in absolutely flawless condition.  The gun in the pictures was wiped down with a silicone cloth and thus has some lint and oil staining on it. There are no scratches, pitting, chips, or blemishes on the gun whatsoever.  What appears to be pitting on the left side around the cylinder release is really just lint.  There aren't even any carbon rings on the front of the cylinder.  Send me a text or email if you want more pictures.  I cannot post them here due to picture limits.
