CHINA JIANSHE manufactured SKS rifle, battlefield pick up condition 7.62x39 from Citywide Supply L.L.C. near South Tucson, Tucson, AZ

The Chinese Jianshe-manufactured SKS is a semi-automatic rifle chambered in 7.62x39mm. It features a 20-inch barrel and a fixed 10-round magazine with an additional chamber capacity of one round. The design follows the classic SKS pattern, with a wood stock and integrated adjustable iron sights. This configuration uses a conventional right-hand safety and a non-adjustable stock. The rifle was produced by the Jianshe Arsenal, one of the major Chinese facilities known for SKS production, and retains the standard semi-automatic action typical of the platform.

This SKS is used and described as being in battlefield pickup condition, showing marks, dents, scratches, and finish loss consistent with extended military service or field use. The wear is characteristic of surplus rifles that have seen active deployment, with surface and stock wear visible across metal and wood components. Mechanical configuration remains standard to the model, with no noted modifications from its original military form.

Included with the rifle is the fixed 10-round magazine integral to the SKS design. No additional accessories or packaging are specified. The rifle retains its adjustable sight system and original fixed stock assembly. Chambering, barrel length, and capacity reflect the typical specifications of the Chinese SKS pattern, providing a representative example of Jianshe Arsenal production in 7.62x39mm semi-automatic configuration.
