Buyer must be at least 21 yoa.  Buyer and Seller will sign Bill of Sale that stipulates both are legal to possess, sell and buy firearms pursuant to all Federal , State and Local laws, and are both residents of the State of Arizona as also demonstrated by possession of Arizona I.D. or D.L.


Seller retains right to sell the pistol through an FFL at this expense.   Prefer buyer with CCW permit.
