1892 Winchester 24" sporting rifle. I believe this rifle was built in 1917 if I remember correctly. This is a good honest rifle that's been well used. Metal is all good retaining a decent bit of the original bluing. The forend has some warping, almost looks to have been burned but unsure the actual cause. It fits tight and is plenty usable though. The stock has been refinished or replaced, and it has a nickeled buttplate. Rifle locks up good, and cycles and fires just as it should. Good smooth action. If you're looking for an entry priced octagonal first gen Winchester then this could be the rifle for you. Feel free to ask any questions. Please send any inquiries to REDACTED/p>
