This 54 caliber Browning Mountain rifle, manufactured in 1980, has an octagon 1” x 31” browned barrel with 1:62 twist that is fitted with an adjustable rear sight and blade front sight. The bore is very good – shiny with deep rifling. Inscribed on the top flat is Jonathan Browning Mountain Rifle. The P grade Walnut stock is mounted with brass furniture. The browned percussion lock is activated by a single set trigger. Please Note: This rifle is mechanically sound and the stock without cracks. It has received some heavy scratches just ahead of the left side front escutcheon. Length of pull is 13-1/2”. Weight is 8.6lbs. Overall length is 44”.
