The Star Z-70B submachine gun parts kit was manufactured by Star Bonifacio Echeverria in Spain. This kit represents the 9mm Parabellum version of the Z-62, configured for open-bolt, selective-fire operation with safe, semi, and full-automatic settings. The original firearm featured a compact receiver with an underfolding metal stock and a non-reciprocating charging handle. The design accepted double-stack, double-feed magazines and was produced for military and police service use from the early 1970s through the 1990s.
The kit is in used condition and consists of the major components from a Z-70B that has been saw-cut for parts recovery. The included barrel remains intact, and the components show typical wear consistent with prior military handling, some kits have light surface rust. The finish and markings are characteristic of Spanish production standards from the period. The Z-70B earned informal comparison to the British Sterling submachine gun due to its similar mechanical layout and compact form factor.
Included with the kit is the original factory box, and some associated parts. Magazines are not included. The kit represents a surplus assembly suitable for collection or parts reference, retaining some original Spanish configuration parts and packaging. No additional accessories or documentation are specified beyond the boxed components themselves.
