  • After manufacturing, inspection is completed on each part, inspecting for size, finish and superior accuracy achieving 100% quality control

  • Moving on to de-burring, blasting, washing and final inspection prior to Cerakote

 

Cerakote Process by the Book


  • De-burr using polyhedron ceramic media

  • Wash using advanced degreaser

  • Blasted using virgin aluminum oxide media

  • Blown dust free and inspected

  • Acetone washed and oven gassed at 300 degrees for 1 hour

  • Final inspection and fitting of upper, lower and hand-guard

  • Cerakote application and flash cure

  • Oven baked at 290 degree for 1 to 2 hours depending on finish

  • Mil thickness checked and inspected

  • Then off to assembly!
