This rifle is in very nice condition. The bluing looks great everywhere on this rifle, and the stock only has a few minor safe dings. The bore is bright with well defined rifling, I don’t think it has had many rounds through it. This has the 24” barrel. It looks nice with the cut checkering and “jeweled” bolt. It has one piece Talley scope mounts and a Vortex Crossfire II 4-12X44 scope. It comes with 3 boxes of Norma 150gr ammo.

The return of the Pre-’64 type action in the Model 70 was in 1994. Dubbed the “Classic”, this action was a return to the full length claw extractor, receiver mounted ejector, coned breech, and controlled round feeding (CRF).
