Finality of Transaction — Upon exchange of payment and transfer of possession, the Buyer acknowledges that the transaction is irrevocable. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations shall be permitted under any circumstances.

Legal Eligibility — The Buyer affirms under penalty of law that they are legally permitted to purchase, receive, and possess firearms and/or ammunition under all applicable federal, state, and local statutes.

Compliance With Transfer Laws — Where required by law, the Buyer agrees to complete the transfer through a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) and to comply with all background check requirements.

Assumption of Risk — The Buyer assumes all risks associated with the handling, storage, use, and operation of the firearm or ammunition after transfer. The Seller disclaims all liability for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the Buyer’s possession or use of the item.

Condition Acceptance — By completing the transaction, the Buyer acknowledges that they have inspected, or had the opportunity to inspect, the item and accepts it in its present condition without reliance on any statement or representation by the Seller.

Indemnification — The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold the Seller harmless from any claims, civil or criminal, arising from the Buyer’s ownership, use, transfer, or disposition of the item following the sale.
