Upper is a PSA upper with 13.7” FN Manufacturing barrel chambered in 5.56 NATO with 1:7 twist, midlength gas system, 13” quadrail, and JMAC GFHC-E muzzle device for direct mounting suppressor device. The barrel is made with a blend of hammer forged chrome molly vanadium; “Machine Gun Steel” as it was utilized by the FN’s M249 and M240 weapon systems. The chrome process for the bore allows for a lining almost twice as thick as a standard M16 for enhanced durability.
