Never fired, never loaded. These were manufactured for the National Police of India. There were a few over-runs that never shipped and were originally sold to members of the Ruger Collectors Society . They are pretty rare in the US. $1200 firm. The .380 Rim caliber is same round as the 38 Smith and Wesson.
