Very accurate.  Some wear of camo finish in one spot.  Has 3 upgrades/extra's: Murphy Precision titanium pic rail scope base, Salmon River Solutions hunter rail (ARCA, and Picatinny, has sling attachment built in), and 2 extra magzines.  26 inch barrel to maximize ballistics.  Low round count.
