The original cleaning rod remains sealed in its factory wrapper, taped inside the box, untouched since the day it was packed.

Manufactured at Izhmash and imported into the United States by Arsenal Inc. / FIME Group of Las Vegas prior to the 2014 sanctions that permanently ended Saiga imports. With the import pipeline closed for over a decade and unfired examples disappearing into private collections, complete time-capsule SGL12-61s — with original Izhmash magazines, original paperwork, and original wrappings still in place — have become genuinely difficult to source at any price.

The factory tape is still on the cleaning rod wrapper. The Izhmash mags are originals, not aftermarket, and there are two of them. The paperwork is complete. Equally well-suited to a long-term collection or a flagship 3-gun build you'd rather not open.
