Used soft armor 3A vest, worn in an outer body carrier. Manufacture date of 09/09/2016. No stains on the vest, and it was not exposed to the elements. I only have one MOLLE cumberband strap; replacement elastic shoulder straps are easy to find or make. Any questions please ask!
