I have a very nice Mauser MP40 .22 LR for sale.  I have done a lot to modify this so that it looks more original.   I took the plastic and modified it so that it looks more like the Bakelite that the Germans used in WW2.  I then took all of the torx screws out and replaced them with slot head screws from Made in America by Germans https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61553238226236 .  I then replaced the front sight hood and muzzle nut from MFI so that it is more period correct https://mfiap.com/c-1181070-pistol-smg-accessories-mp40.html  I also modified the safety so that was far more appealing than the huge hunk of metal that Mauser put on it.  It looks much better and more streamlined now.   I then purchased a correct sling and 4 extra magazines to go with it.   I initially wanted to put a folding stock and register it as an SBR, but I found a 9mm that I am going to do that to instead.  This is a great shooting pistol, and I have had zero issues with it.

The best part is the wood transport and carry case that I made to go with it.  It is modeled after the transport and carry case that the Luftwaffe used in WW2 for their communications vans.  Here is a link to to the original site that I found the case on https://www.bergflak.com/mp40box.html

for the magazine storage area, I only used a space for 4 magazines since the .22 mags are wider and longer than the 9mm.  Instead of the spare parts area, I used it for magazine storage.

I am willing to ship to your FFL if legal in your area, but the box with the magazines would be about 15 pounds.

I would rather meet FTF for the transaction if you are in the NE Indiana area.  I am asking $800 for the pistol, the box, all magazines, and sling.
