This is a brand new Kore Executive Protection, 1.5" tactical belt kit. It has the inner belt and the outer belt goes over the inner with hook and loop fastening. Both inner and outer belt is black. 


Check the website listed below for specs, totally adjustable. Inner belt is up to 48 but the outer belt is up to 54. Include the Allen wrench and spare screws.
