I have 8 = Vintage Military Flares. The grey storage Tubes are lettered L312 Signal Illumination Ground White Star Parachute M127A1 Lot PXC-91-35 Loaded Apr. 72. All are in like new condition sealed in tubes and live to my best knowledge. I was told by and ex-military guy these are called slap flares.
