This rifle is new in the box. The rifle has a collapsible stock and full pic rails top and bottom. 
The rifle comes with a new Aimpoint red-dot installed- factory package. 
This rifle uses Ruger 10/22 mags so pre-bans, if you have em, will work in this rifle!!!!
